Ika-8 ng Pebrero, 2024 naganap ang ika-isang daan at ika-sampung sesyon sa gusaling pampamahalaan kung saan tinalakay ang Contract of Affiliation sa pagitan ng Lungsod ng Maynila at University of Santo Tomas (UST) para sa pagsasanay ng kanilang nursing students sa Justice Jose Abad Santos General Hospital. Gayundin ang Centro Escolar University (CEU) para sa pagsasanay ng kanilang medical technology students sa Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center.

Ika-5 ng Pebrero, 2024 naganap ang ika-isang daan at ika siyam na sesyon sa gusaling pampamahalaan kung saan naghayag ng pagbati ang buong Sangguniang Panlungsod sa Building Youth Empowerment Tondo (B.Y.E. Tondo) para sa kanilang nakamit bilang isa sa 2023’s Outstanding YORP-Registered Organization in the Philippines ng National Youth Commission. Inakdahan ito ni Councilor Niño Dela Cruz. Dumalo at nanuod ang nasabiong organisasyon at nagpakuha ng larawan sa ating mga magigiting na konsehal.

Ika-1 ng Pebrero, 2024 naganap ang ika-isang daan at ikawalong sesyon sa gusaling pampamahalaan kung saan tinalakay ang Contract of Affiliation sa pagitan ng Lungsod ng Maynila at Universidad de Manila gayundin sa PHINMA St. Jude College para sa pagsasanay ng kanilang mga nursing students sa Manila Health Department.

On 23 January 2024, the 12th City Council of Manila congratulated, through a resolution, the Philippine Jin Nan Binondo Wushu Club on winning various medals at the Batang Pinoy National Championship held from 17 to 23 December 2023 in Makati.

At a regular session held last Thursday, 18 January 2024, the City Council of Manila approved a resolution extending the period to pay business fees and taxes to 9 February, from the original deadline of 23 January. 

Following a nearly unanimous reelection as President of the Liga ng mga Barangay Manila Chapter, the City Council welcomed Chairman Leilani Marie “Lei” Lacuna to her second year as ex officio member, with the passage of its very first resolution for the new year.
