Out of 896 Barangay Chairpersons, only a few stood out to be declared Outstanding Barangay Chairpersons in Manila. Chosen by a panel of judges following a strict performance-based criteria, the following Punong Barangays were honored at an awarding ceremony led by Mayor Maria Sheilah “Honey” Lacuna-Pangan at the Manila City Hall last 26 June 2023
