AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A LEASE FOR FIFTY (50) YEARS TO THE IMMEDIATE FAMILY OF THE LATE PRESIDENT RAMON MAGSAYSAY ON THAT PIECE OF CITY LOT CONSISTING OF NINE HUNDRED SQUARE METERS (900 SQ.M.), LOCATED IN THE NORTH CEMETERY, WHERE THE REMAINS OF THE LATE PRESIDENT AND FORMER FIRST LADY, LUZ B. MAGSAYSAY ARE PRESENTLY INTERRED, AT THE NOMINAL RATE OF PHP 1.00 PER ANNUM.
AN ORDINANCE RESTORING THE ASSESSMENT LEVELS PRESCRIBED IN SECTION 74 (A) OF ORDINANCE NO. 7794, AS AMENDED, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE REVENUE CODE OF THE CITY OF MANILA, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 7905 THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING HIS HONOR, MAYOR JOSE L. ATIENZA, JR., TO EXPROPRIATE LOT NO. 2, BLOCK RP-48; LOT NO. 34, BLOCK RP-49; AND LOT NOS. 25, 28, 29, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 44, 45, 46, 47, BLOCK RP-51, WITH A TOTAL AREA OF 2,527.50 SQUARE METERS, OWNED BY ROLEVAL REALTY, INC. AND TEROCEL REALTY, INC., SITUATED IN BARANGAYS 450 AND 451, ZONE 45, FOURTH DISTRICT, MANILA, FOR RESALE AT COST OR ON INSTALLMENT BASIS FOR A PERIOD NOT EXCEEDING TWENTY (20) YEARS TO QUALIFIED AND BONA FIDE TENANTS/OCCUPANTS THEREAT, UNDER THE LAND-FOR-THE- LANDLESS PROGRAM OF THE CITY OF MANILA, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXPROPRIATION OF THAT PARCEL OF LAND WITH AN AREA OF 3,569.6 SQUARE METERS, MORE OR LESS, OWNED BY A.V.R. BROKERAGE CORP., AND COVERED BY TCT NO. 32268 SITUATED AT VILLAFOJAS ST., GAGALANGIN, TONDO, MANILA, FOR AWARD TO QUALIFIED ACTUAL AND BONA FIDE TENANTS, OR OCCUPANTS THEREAT, APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF FIVE MILLION PESOS (PHP 5,000,000.00), OR SO MUCH THEREOF AS MAY BE NECESSARY, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS AS CERTIFIED TO BY THE CITY TREASURER: PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT THE AMOUNT EQUIVALENT TO FIFTEEN PERCENT (15%) OF THE ZONAL VALUATION OF THE PROPERTY, IS HEREBY SET ASIDE FROM THE LUMP SUM APPROPRIATION OF FIFTY MILLION PESOS (PHP 50,000,000.00) FOR THE ACQUISITION OF LANDED ESTATES (LAND-FOR-THE-LANDLESS PROGRAM OF THE CITY OF MANILA) AS PROVIDED FOR IN THE EXECUTIVE BUDGET.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR OF MANILA TO EXPROPRIATE CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND SITUATED ALONG PACO ROMAN, SUTER, TEJERON AND MAYON STREETS, IN THE SIXTH DISTRICT OF MANILA, COVERED BY TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 69760, OWNED BY MARVEL CORPORATION, PURSUANT TO THE ON-SITE HOUSING ‘DEVELOPMENT PROJECT OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING HIS HONOR, MAYOR JOSE L. ATIENZA, JR., TO ACQUIRE LOT NO. 8, BLOCK NO. 1011, CONSISTING OF 3,271.10 SQUARE METERS, MORE OR LESS, SITUATED IN ESTERO DE PANDACAN, BARANGAY 843, PANDACAN, MANILA, DISTRICT VI, OWNED BY THE LATE SPOUSES AURELIO RESTUA AND CLARA RESTUA, FOR RESALE, AT COST, OR ON INSTALLMENT BASIS, FOR A PERIOD NOT EXCEEDING TWENTY (20) YEARS, TO QUALIFIED AND BONA FIDE TENANTS/OCCUPANTS THEREAT, UNDER THE LAND-FOR- THE-LANDLESS PROGRAM OF THE CITY OF MANILA AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR TO ACQUIRE, EITHER THROUGH NEGOTIATED PURCHASE, EXPROPRIATION OR OTHER LEGAL MEANS, A PORTION OF A PRIVATE LOT NEEDED FOR THE OPENING OF A TWO (2) METER BY FORTY TWO (42) METER EASEMENT OF RIGHT OF WAY (FOOTPATH) IN ORDER TO CONNECT ROSARITO STREET ALL THE WAY TO G. TUAZON STREET, SAMPALOC, MANILA, FOR THE COMFORT, SAFETY AND CONVENIENCE OF THE RESIDENTS THEREAT.
AN ORDINANCE EXPROPRIATING THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED AT
RICAFORT STREET, TONDO, MANILA, COVERED BY TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 183728 AND CONTAINING AN AREA OF ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY (1,260) SQUARE METERS, MORE OR LESS, TO BE RESOLD TO THE BONA FIDE TENANTS OR OCCUPANTS THEREAT, ON INSTALLMENT BASIS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ON-SITE DEVELOPMENT OR LAND-FOR-THE-LANDLESS PROGRAM OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT.
AN ORDINANCE EXPROPRIATING THOSE CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND SITUATED AT CALLEJON LAPU-LAPU (NICODEMUS) STREET, TONDO, MANILA, COVERED BY TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NOS. 145011, 145012, 145013, 145014 AND 145015, TO BE RESOLD TO THE BONA FIDE TENANTS OR OCCUPANTS THEREAT, ON INSTALLMENT BASIS, AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY GOVERNMENT’S ON-SITE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND (PHP 2,500,000.00) OR SO MUCH THEREOF AS MAY BE NECESSARY, SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS AS CERTIFIED TO BY CITY TREASURER’S OFFICE: PROVIDED, THAT THE FIFTEEN PERCENT (15%) INITIAL DEPOSIT IS HEREBY SET ASIDE FROM THE FIFTY MILLION (PHP 50,000,000.00) LUMP SUM APPROPRIATION PROVIDED IN THE EXECUTIVE BUDGET UNDER THE LAND-FOR-THE-LANDLESS PROGRAM OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT.
